It may not be that easy. Biden had complete legitimacy as a regular nominee, grounded because of a pandemic. Trump's legitimacy as a candidate has been damaged by the criminal conviction. Media will not give him the same credibility.

Well that would be even more election interference on the part of the judge, compounding his many intentional “errors” during the trial. Trump’s DoJ should charge him, and the entire NY attorneys office thusly.

My only caveat is that Republicans are so worried about their reputations being tarnished that they don’t stand behind them.
In my little town, every single town council member who voted for a development that skirted all of the normal rules we have here was voted out as soon as we were allowed to vote them out.
I say this as a warning to RINOs. If you keep Donald Trump off the ballot in November, we will write him in, and YOU will be voted OUT!!!
