What I heard was that no one knows which jurors thought what about the predicate crime. Which should be a reversable error, but it won’t matter if we don’t get Trump in office.

Assuming they don’t kill him first. Which is what they want.

The problem with the predicate crime is that it was based on the presumption of guilt.

Nobody could name the crime, but whatever that crime was Trump had to be guilty of it in order to resuscitate the expired misdemeanors or it wasn't a crime.

I thought we had the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. Merchan and Bragg flipped the timeline here making Trump guilty of an unnamed crime so they can convict him on an expired misdemeanor.
