Biden will come out and address the nation from the White House saying that the country must not elect a convicted felon as President and that he won't be a party to that by debating Trump. June debate therefor cancelled. That decision will serve two Rat goals - Highlight Trump as a felon and keep Biden from stumbling and mumbling through a debate that would show how diminished his cognitive abilities are.
