He can’t be found guilty of the misdemeanor because the misdemeanor has passed its statute of limitations. I think they’re going to find him guilty on some counts and not guilty on others, but that’s nothing more than a guess.

What did they (prosecution, judge, etc) do to allow guilty verdicts on something that had passed the statute of limitations?
