Deliberations resume this morning, after Merchan rereads instructions back to the jurors. Thoughts?
Reasonable doubt due to confusing nonsense from the bias hack judge?

Just one of the many “Catch 22s” that the rabid left throws up to deny due process to their opposition.
My question is... how in the WORLD are we letting them get away with it all? America used to be full of brave, courageous and moral patriots, unafraid to stand up to evil. What the hell happened?
So when did Merchan instruct the jury on what the FEC laws says and what constitutes or doesn’t constitute election fraud?
I think the jury should ask him straight-out to either read the FEC rules/statutes, or else tell them what does or doesn’t constitute election fraud. What specific illegality are they claiming he intended to cover up?

Kash just said on C&B that in theory, the case could be retried rather quickly but he said he doesn’t see it because (like finding a unicorn) this judge has THREE anti trump trials and the next up for him is
Bannon. He will not have time to try both or DJT first.
The other is the TO. No one knows HOW this judge was randomly chosen for all 3.
That’s the threat. But to what end? Dems have lost the plot and the narrative on lawfare. Even morning Joke threw in the towel this morning.

Good question, did the judge spell out the FEC laws? If not and if asked would he do so or say it is out of bounds?

Not a lawyer here, but it’s not required. Some have speculated that Merchan’s real motive is cya.
Worse than a banana republic. But I’m skeptical they’ll do something that suicidal.
Only the Almighty giving His undeserved mercy and grace can save this country. I am amazed that He hasn’t buried us all in burning sulfur already.
And yet He has promised that if HIS PEOPLE will repent and turn from their wicked ways, and pray, He will hear from heaven and forgive our sins and heal our land. We have all been too complacent, too distracted by differences that are relatively insignificant, and unwilling or unable to love others enough to patiently correct and engage with their internal confusion or misdirection. We’ve all played a part in where the country is now. But if we - His own people - repent and seek the Lord, He has promised to heal this land.
Praying for these jurors is a good start. And I am praying with all my heart and all my strength. Begging the Lord for His mercy, since only He can cause justice to be something besides a sick joke here.

Very likely scenario. If they did, they couldn’t help but notice the avalanche of negative reviews both the judge and the prosecution are receiving.
