Stefanik’s complaint pertains to Merchan’s assignment to three separate criminal cases related to Trump....The New York State Unified Court System’s rules state that criminal cases are assigned to judges randomly,

There are 25 judges on the Supreme Court of the State of New York (which is actually not the highest Court in NY, despite the name)

The chance of the same judge being picked randomly for 3 Trump cases is: 1/25 X 1/25 X 1/25 = 1 in 15,625

Yeah, it's rigged.

Haven't you left out a factor ?

Shouldn't we multiply 15.625 times the fraction representing the chance that the Judge would have a daughter who just happens to be gathering major funding (millions) for a story on the conviction of President Trump ?
