Most attorneys live in their own little box...i.e., very few attorneys engage in criminal law. The two on the jury are not "criminal" attorneys and do not know the complexities of criminal law.

What they do know though....is how to read and comprehend.

Exactly. I’ve met a few attorneys, and they are always very analytical and very keen on reading, reviewing in analyzing things and looking for the smallest possible details that they can use to help their case. I haven’t followed the trial that closely, but have read the gist of what some of that testimony was in the fact that that was requested is very telling that there is probably some doubts.

As you said, however, it is New York City, so who knows.

If you search for "falsification" you will see that this "crme" is both in the charged "crimes" and the "second of the People's theories of "unlawful means." Here is the circular logic:

1. Trump is guilty because he falsified business records, and that is a felony because

Even if they’re civil or corporate attorneys they’ve been to law school and they’ve usually been in a courtroom. So don’t sell the two short.
