Hopefully they at least have the sense to realize that if somebody asks you to choose between 3 crimes that they have not even described or explained to you, there’s no way you can convict a guy for those crimes. You don’t even know what they are or aren’t. There’s no way you can convict somebody for something you know nothing about.

Throwing that crap in when they knew the defense would have no chance to explain it or clarify what constitutes or doesn’t constitute that crime is a deliberate move to undo the whole concept of cross-examination. It is deliberate turd-worldism, and if the jury is feeling confused then they should ask themselves why. They are confused because the prosecution deliberately threw in muddy content that they knew the defense couldn’t clarify.

And that is just not acceptable. The jury needs to send it back to the prosecutors with a KMA note.

Aren’t there a couple of lawyers in the mix too? You would think they too are shocked at this corrupt Colombian immigrant judge and his crapping on the constitution and the law of order!
