If I was a juror and the prosecution threw in new content in the summation and expected me to be fine with not having anything documented or explained to me about the new material - I would be livid and would immediately vote to acquit, no questions asked. And I would not be moved.

Exactly. It’s 55 pages. Sure, some of it is boiler plate stuff like lunch will be provided, let the bailiff know if you need water or Coffee, etc. But lots of it is something that any normal person would need to reference and see for themselves to actually read definitions or something related to a specific news article that was entered into evidence, etc.
Look what I found on the web, the indictment. They actually call a non-disclosure “criminal conduct” even though it isn’t......

This judge is nuts. I can’t even imagine the confusion that’s going on with this jury. And look at this indictment, it’s like something a nut would write, mispellings, calling something a crime that isn’t a crime.......

So by them asking for a rehash of the testimonies of Pecker and Cohen, is that good or bad? Was there something in those testimonies that were incredibly incriminating Trump that will help them convict Trump? Honestly, I have not been paying close attention to those testimonies by P and C so I’m confused because I thought Trump’s defense destroyed Cohen. And why would they need a refresher of the testimonies? I am so confused besides being infuriated and pissed off like never before I don’t understand a lot of this.
You, my friend have a sense, fairness and convictions but those picked by the liberal state have none.
At the end of the link at 108, “Full Jury Instructions” are 55 pages long. They are incomprehensible.

I'm not talking about you, but many of the FR comments sound pretty weird to me too. If I had gone to law school instead of computer science, that career might have driven me insane.

Agree but as all know I deeply detest the phony system. After this kangaroo court Judge Merchan has probably convinced most of the last stragglers to agree with me.
So true justice in my prayers are for whatever means God decides to use to accomplish it. I bow to his will.

That's pretty damning to the prosecution and pushes me to believe that Cohen did indeed act on his own and worked with Stormy's attorney to come up with this "Cohen Hustle". Cohen knew he would get the money back...Trump always paid him when he was billed...But if Cohen thought he was going to get half a mil in a lump sum....well, that wasn't going to happen. NY does not want their jurors to scrutinize the instructions? They can only get the instructions by listening to Merchan while he is staring at them?
