Can a judge threaten jurors with contempt if they don’t vote how the judge wants them to vote? How about retribution against the jurors hidden through lawfare? Will Merchan subtilely hint that the lawyer, investment banker, and financial guy will face his wrath if they don’t convict?
Serious questions. I have never been on a jury but seeing what a s show this is and the ridiculous Engeron s show has been I wouldn’t be surprised if Merchan just declares Trump quilts regardless and challenges anyone to stop him.
