Levin: My hope is that there's at least one juror with the smarts, guts, and conscience, who cuts through the static, the collateral evidence, and the judge's misconduct, and says no to Merchan, no to Bragg, no to the Biden regime

I am certain that the deep state has dirt on every juror and has instructed them in how to vote if they don’t want to be destroyed.
This is a kangaroo court from the git go.

Im sure every juror has been secretly notified that if they donot vote they way they are expected they will be doxed and persecuted for thier decision

Two attorneys on the jury.

the White House has told the media that Biden himself will comment as president after the jury issues its verdict. Say "we are now a banana republic" without using the words "banana republic".

I’ve never made it onto a jury but I’d hope that if I did I’d have the fortitude to not go with the easy decision.Remember the Malice Green, Budzyn & Nevers case in Detroit?
Several years afterwards, I think it was Paul W. Smith on WJR who interviewed one of the only two white jurors in the trial.
He said he believed they were innocent but the badgering and bullying by the other jurors was so intense and prolonged they he finally gave in and found them guilty.
It was a hostile jury and Budzyn and Nevers didn't stand a chance.

A lawyer would have to answer your question...but my gut tells me that there's no such law. And you're correct to observe that some deranged “progressive” could set out to harm such a juror.
To: Gay State Conservative
One thing I heard that does make sense is that if there's a “rogue” juror who leans toward “not guilty” that person would know that he/she would experience huge problems from TDS types for hanging the jury. He or she would be DOXXed and then get audited by the IRS.

I think I heard that there were two attorneys. I’m keeping faith that there will be at least one sane, stick-to-it juror. I'm worried both the lawyers will shrug their shoulders and KNOW Trump is being railroaded and justify it with "it will be reversed anyways, so I'll vote guilty"

If they can do this to Trump, what chance do we have.
I've been saying that since the raid of his home. I concur with you, Dear Laz.

Absolutely! As a New Yorker, if I hung that jury I’d be fired by the time I got home, if I weren’t lynched first.

You shouldn’t need to have “guts” to weigh the facts and evidence and find not guilty. It should simply be the right thing to do.

You’re right...it shouldn’t take guts to do the right thing. But it may take some guts if you or your family has been threatened.
And I’ll bet dollars to donuts that its happened in this case.

My fear, well founded I’m sad to say, is a quick guilty verdict, followed by the removal of President Trump from the courtroom in cuffs. Lengthy prison sentence to follow.
The end of America, yes. I hope to God I’m wrong.

They can find Trump guilty.
Then he'll appeal.
It'll go all the way up to SCOTUS, if necessary.

I wouldn’t put much faith in the jury bet book deals already given out and a package of umm support money to help get it started.

My guess is that the jury has already been pre-emptively THREATENED in a manner that would preclude the holdout theory.

A lot of people were convinced that he’d be found guilty partly because women were in the majority on the jury and would decide against him - apparently simply by virtue of being women.
Others were sure some jurors had it in for him, that the judge failed to call out prosecution misconduct, or that the defense thoroughly bungled the case. During the deliberation threads, there were very few who thought he’d be acquitted; most of the more ‘optimistic’ only expected a hung jury.

I’ve never not supported what’s happening to Hunter legally. I’m simply pointing out Levin’s tune would likely be much different if Hunter was running to be president and charged with what Trump has benn charged with. The jawbone media can be very flexible in their position depending on who the target of the charges is. Even if they were identical circumstances and charges.
