Is it illegal to have a bunch of dogs who all poop where Merchan will be walking?
I think the farmer protesters have acually dumped manure, but I suppose that would be illegal.
Would it be considered odd if a bunch of pigeons just happened to hover above Merchan and dump their loads all at the same time?
