THe two lawyers have a duty to see that justice is done. They took an oath when they were admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the Saate of New York:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the
constitution of the State of New York, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of
[attorney and counselor-at-law], according to the best of my ability”

They both know that this is a witch hunt case. The question is whether they have the balls to influence the jury, or hold out for a hung jury.Or they both coujld be Dem plants.
So far, nothing on the lawfare front has worked well for the democrats. Everything has backfired. So the odds don’t look favorable for them here either.
All Oaths are meaningless in 2024’s US “Legal” system. That is designed for a moral society. If you even mention morals these days you’re a X-a-Phobe
As jurors they are not acting as counselor-at-law. Jurists can’t be sued for not following the letter of the law. They are there to issue an opinion, just like the others.
But, just like everybody nowadays, people seem to want to conform and be part of the club at any cost. So, if the judge insinuates that a guilty finding is fine and dandy and stay in the club, guys.....
To handicap the verdict, I say:
No idea whatsoever. I’m on pins and needles.
Joe and Hunter Biden are lawyers. So is almost every member of Congress.
99% of the bad lawyers give the other 1% a bad name.
