My sense is that we’re well into a Constitutional crisis. The ruling party tried to assassinate the leading opposition candidate, and is now trying to imprison him. This more than just election interference.
Seriously so Biden judge Merchan is upset that Blanche mentioned jail, seriously where does the jurors think Trump is going to go if convicted, Disneyland?
To be fair, CNN has been playing it pretty straight down the middle on the Bragg case, slamming it as a terribly weak case and admitting it’s boosting Trump in the polls.

I think that’s what the betting markets are trying to tell us. Lawfare will fail to make a dent, and Biden is gone this Nov.
Regardless of how this verdict comes down, it won’t move the needle even if convicted. No one gives a rat’s ass about this case.
The jurors can't un-hear it, but judge can effectively lay into it.
Of course its a weak case, in fact SO damn weak that even Cyrus Vance who hated Trump refused to go after him for this, I remember the commies were so upset about it, because this at MOST is a civil matter..civilly I can MAYBE see this case taking place and at the most Trump gets a fine, which I could care less about, but putting Trump in jail for the rest of his life, 36 yrs in prison, even murderers dont get a sentence like that, for a CHECK, a CHECK

Spot on. As to the length of the sentencing, if convicted on all counts, and if forced to serve consecutively, it would mean a 136-year prison sentence.

Has it been posted here that this judge does not have the discretion to jail Trump pending appeal? That is instead will be Trump free pending appeal and Biden and the media screaming felon felon felon nonstop 24/7?
And is it possible, even if free on bond pending appeal, that this Judge can confine Trump to home, i.e., Trump Tower, or restrict movement out of state to prevent effective campaigning, etc ?
That’s correct. He’s been an acting “judge” since 2009.

Incredible listening to the allowances given to Cohen by the prosecutor and judge. Maybe Cohen should run for office after their rehabilitation and phrase.
