The gag order itself is being appealed, but the cowardly appellate court is running out the clock, in hopes of declaring the appeal a moot point.
If there is a hung jury, Bragg will probably announce immediately that he will retry the case (and we will be told that 10 or 11 of the jurors believed that Trump was guilty).
Joe and Hunter Biden are lawyers. So is almost every member of Congress.

for those here more legally astute than I, just how fast COULD Bragg re-file this “case” if the jury becomes deadlocked and ultimately has a mis trial declared? How soon to seat a new jury and etc etc? Assume some of the process would become expedited and go faster but how slowly COULD it go if Trump’s defense demands full use of time allowed at every juncture? Before the Fall election?

If I’m not mistaken, a journalist has also filed an appeal to have the gag order lifted. .

My guess is, Dems will have spent all their ammo on the lawfare front, once the SCOTUS immunity and Fischer cases are handed down.
Judge is torqued and castigating Blanche big time ... for mentioning that President Trump could face prison time.

Judge is a tad bit sensitive to the truth.
Gut tells me the immunity decisiion will be broad, gutting half of the DC J6 case and a good portion of the documents case. If the Fischer conviction is overturned, goodbye to the remaining two counts in the J6 case.
The jury has a right to know the consequences of their decision. This could spin the US into a Constitutional Crisis we haven’t seen since the Civil War.

12 jurors who watch MSNBC and CNN all day long wont acquit Trump, the BEST we can hope for is a hung jury, one juror or a few of them saying no way this is NUTS all this over a CHECK, a CHECK!!!
