Probably not up your alley, but was wondering your thoughts on this sinking from a construction perspective.
I’d have to take a hard look at it from a design standpoint. I have hardly followed this story at all, so I don’t know the first thing about this “floating pier” other than that it appears to be based on logistics plans for rapid military deployment that date back to the early 1980s.
