...jailing a Prez is considerably different, especially if most admit they are specious charges and can't survive appeal ...on Merchan's judicial bias, or the charges.

I think the only concern about an appeal is if it happens before the election. THeir case will never survive an appeal its an abomination and will be immediately reversed.

If they are going as far as they are they must have the appeal already in the bag. They probably already have compromised those who would decide to not look at it before the election.
