I think the only concern about an appeal is if it happens before the election. THeir case will never survive an appeal its an abomination and will be immediately reversed.

If they are going as far as they are they must have the appeal already in the bag. They probably already have compromised those who would decide to not look at it before the election.

Sotomayor is now bitching to the press about how she cries because of the “Conservative judges” opinions.

I think something good is going to come out of the SCOTUS regarding Trump. Presidential immunity will be upheld.

If they can, Team Trump needs to get the appeal to the federal court system. New York is violating Trump’s civil rights.
