Maybe he “should” be alive. Maybe change that to “could” be alive today, after all a lot of people are walking around with an enlarged heart, 2 arteries with 75% blockage and another with 90% blockage. Add in a meth/fentanyl habit and the odds are not good but he “could” be alive today.
