Activist judges swear an oath to “protect and defend the Constitution” (as written) and then make rulings based on what they wish. Roe was the perfect example: There is nothing remotely pertaining to a “right” to abortion in the Constitution; however, 7 unelected individuals wanted it and created a national law, itself unconstitutional, because the “felt like it”.
