Exodus 20:7 “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.”
That’s not really what that means. Taking the Lord’s name in vain means not acting like televangelists, a slave owner who quotes the Bible, or a republican israel ass kisser who is being blackmailed by AIPAC because they have picture of them with young young men.
