A few good minutes on Fox News. They seemed to say a lot of the muscular military age males coming across the borders (north and south) may have been scoping out military bases in several areas of the US for a while now. This is only the latest “mystery.” Americans living near the bases have been worried.

Foreign born and often with origins where terrorists train-—not just Arabs but also ones like Moldavians and Chechens. Observing our bases and seeing if they can penetrate fences, walls and supply truck gates.

Is this part of the FBI’s vague terrorist event warning?

A major piece is left out. He was taking pictures? Let’s see them. Were they transmitted somewhere? Where?

What was the circumstance for the shooting? Was the guy armed? Did he have any kind of weapon? Something is being left out of the story. I doubt that a SF colonel just randomly shot some guy walking around in the twilight?
