Hakeem Jeffries: If Roe v. Wade Can Fall ‘Democracy Can Fall’

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said on Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that if the Supreme Court can overturn Roe v. Wade, then “democracy can fall.”

Jeffries said, “It’s important for the American people to understand that if Roe v. Wade can fall, anything can fall. Social Security itself can fall. Medicare can fall. The Affordable Care Act can fall. Democracy can fall. Brown v. Board of Education can fall, as Justice Thomas made clear in his concurring observation and opinion yesterday. So, everything we care about is going to be on the ballot in November. Including getting the federal judiciary into a place where it can actually administer the law and make decisions in a fair and impartial fashion, not lead an ideological effort to jam their right-wing views down the throats of the American people.”

Talk about a case of accusing others of what you yourself are doing. The conservatives are not imposing “right wing views” on anyone...they simply rule that Left wing views cannot be forced on people. Same cannot be said for Leftist judges.

So we didn’t have “democracy” before Roe v. Wade...which didn’t come around until the 1970s?

Democracy along with universal suffrage (Female suffrage is bad enough with a lot of primary sources/history destroying societies through a gynocratic centered focus before the late 19th century backing that up) is the worst form of a political system within civilization. Evil men (And women now) just manipulated fish in a barrel through emotion/synapses before deciding when to easily dispose of them (Dictatorship of the proletariat will never happen but these “smart” barbarians do love their Engels/Marx fecal smothered “hope”).

I believe the DemonKKKrats mentality goes back to the Confederacy. With their cult of human slavery, does one think they had were ever on board with these words?:

Today’s DemonKKKrats want a tyranny of the elite (i.e. plantation owners) and a form of social control known as an oligarchy which is steeped in corruption. The common man becomes a slave and life is as cheap as the unborn child in the womb. That “life is cheap” mentality is what motivated the Hamas to commit the most inhuman atrocities as well as what motivated the Nazis under Hitler.

I’ll remind Jefferies that the right to murder the unborn is NOT a constitutional right, and never was. Narrow are the conditions in which abortion would be acceptable. Very narrow.

Roe v Wade erased the democratically enacted laws of several states, with no basis for that decision in the Constitution. One of the worst examples of judicial overreach in our nation’s history.

1. What happened to Roe vs. Wade had little to do with democracy. It was created by the Supreme Court and eliminated by it. The voters weren't consulted on it.

2. Even by the left's loose definition of democracy, all of their favorite programs could be eliminated by a vote of Congress with a majority of one and signature of the President. But I expect that they would squeal that isn't what they mean by "their democracy", just like "democracy" is threatened if Trump wins a big majority of both the popular and electoral votes and is this reelected president.
