How many children do men have to have to get that kind of deal? I’m pretty sure some of the incarcerated guys have several baby mamas with at least one child each which should’ve reduced their sentences (as pers this judge’s “reasoning”).

If this was a federal crime wasn’t Mosby subject to a mandatory jail sentence or was this a predetermined plea deal.
Republican would have got years.
So Mosby is hiding behind her two young daughters who will very likely take from their mother receiving no jail time for committing felonies that it is okay to commit felonies as long as you have someone who “needs” you at home.

Furthermore, she also lied about receiving a $5,000 gift from her then-husband, Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby, to obtain a mortgage loan. Prosecutors brought evidence that showed she transferred the funds to him and then sent the money back to herself to make it look like it was a present.”
As a DA the penalties for this elaborate and complicated crime scheme should be more harsh, not less so.
