Of course, Trump could honestly say that the Dims have forced him to practically live in NY during their sham trial.

People can argue whether or not such a pairing would be constitutionally acceptable but does Trump really want to gear up for another serious challenge to the election should he win (on top of the multiple other legal challenges he is certain to face)?

The 12th Amendment only made sense when the president and vice-president were both candidates for the presidency. It’s curious that it’s never been updated.
