Germany will arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he enters the country amid allegations of war crimes by the International Criminal Court, a spokesperson has confirmed.

Steffen Hebestreit, a spokesperson for German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, confirmed on Wednesday the country would 'abide by the law' and arrest the under-fire Israeli leader should he visit the EU nation.

This comes after British prosecutor Karim Khan announced on Monday that he is seeking warrants for Netanyahu, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as three Hamas terror chiefs including Yahya Sinwar, the ruler in Gaza who masterminded October 7.

It looks like the new Nazis are intent on destroying the international diplomatic system the French invented over 300 years ago.

Actually, the "new Nazis" are obeying the international criminal court system, which was instituted after WW2 to ensure that no Holocaust ever happened again.

After WW2, Jewish organizations and officials lobbied heavily for such international courts, to ensure that "never again" would the world stand silent while genocide was being committed.

This is essentially an act of war. It calls for a break in diplomatic relations and cessation of trade and movement of persons between the two countries.

Germany gives billions in aid to Israel, on top of the Holocaust reparations that it's still paying.

Germany also gave Israel six nuclear-armed Dolphin submarines, paid for by German taxpayers.

The "trade" and "movement" between Germany and Israel is overwhelmingly to Israel's benefit. I doubt Israel would want to cut it off.

I sat wondering why this was said. What is the probability that Netanyahu would visit or even transit Germany? And if that was likely a quiet conversation with the Israeli ambassador over tea would have prevented an incident. But this was unnecessary, loud and public. Then it hit me. The German leader is doing the same thing Biden is doing, currying favor with their Muslim population. And not the reasonable German speaking population but the loud, dangerous terror supporting Muslim population. Letting third-worlders flood in, especially Muslims who will mostly never acculturate, has wide, deep and dangerous side effects.
