Actually, the "new Nazis" are obeying the international criminal court system, which was instituted after WW2 to ensure that no Holocaust ever happened again.

After WW2, Jewish organizations and officials lobbied heavily for such international courts, to ensure that "never again" would the world stand silent while genocide was being committed.

Actually, the ICC was founded in 2002 and wasn't part of the international framework that was established after WW2. And the United States, Russia, China, and India aren't signatories of the ICC.
