Staten Island Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, the only Republican member of Congress representing a New York City district, told The Post she thinks Trump’s Bronx rally is “a great start.”
“It’s exciting for New York City to have President Trump rallying, and it’s important for him to reach out to, particularly minority communities. I think New York is in play,” she said.
“New York is desperate for a balance, and they’ve shown that … We flipped that City Council seat in the Bronx, right in the heart of AOC’s district. In my congressional district, we were able to flip multiple [state] Assembly seats Republican.
“My district would love for President Donald Trump to make a stop, particularly Staten Island,” added Malliotakis, shouting out the only borough to back Trump in both 2016 and 2020.
Of note, the Bronx hasn't backed a Republican candidate for White House in 100 years when Calvin Coolidge won every single NY county in 1920 and 1924.

New York City alone, has 8 million + people, not to mention neighboring states and towns. Why would the author assume that only people from the Bronx will be attending?

Biden’s regime has hiked the costs of living so high that many, many traditional D voters are being squeezed and squeezed really hard.
yes, DJT has to reach out ... and when he does, he can do really rather well

“The park only holds a couple thousand people. So this is certainly not going to be a Wildwood. But you know what, President Trump is certainly not afraid to show up,” Trump campaign spokesperson Danielle Alvarez told The Post. Crotona Park is big. Not sure why the campaign is saying it holds only a couple of thousand.
I advocated this before the sham trial even started, but I suggested a rally at the Apollo theatre. Is it still there?

This is the strategy to win: go to the people held in liberal bondage and show them there’s another way.

As part of a broader campaign strategy, President Trump should go hold rallies right in the heart of Philly, and Detroit and Atlanta and other such places. He’s already polling at 22-23% support among Blacks. Showing up in those places and hitting Biden hard on issues that have directly affected them...the economy, illegal immigration, crime, etc could siphon more votes away from Biden and/or force the Democrats to spend time and money shoring up areas they’ve been able to take for granted for a long time.

When it comes to rallies, the difference between Trump and Biden is more people who will not be voting for Trump will show up at his rallies than Biden will have supporters showing up at Biden’s rally. They will all be at the Trump rally. That’s why I would like to see Biden holding a rally in the South Bronx at the same time Trump is banging his rally drum.

Not since Calvin Coolidge won every Empire State county in 1920 and 1924 has a GOP candidate won the Bronx...
Coolidge was not running for president in 1920. He was running as Warren Harding's VP candidate. Coolidge became president on Augst 3, 1923, following Harding's death.

A prediction.
When they talk about the size of the crowd the media will point out that even the German-American Bund filled Madison Square Garden for their rally in 1939, and will compare the Trump rally with it.
You just watch!
