Credit cards are next.

Or mortgages for the special people.

How is this legal to insert yourself between a lender and borrower and vaporize the borrower's financial obligations? This is so wrong.

What’s to stop Biden from defying a Supreme Court ruling, and just canceling the debt?

I might be missing something, but I think the only option available would be impeach Biden in the House and then convict him in the Senate.

The House might impeach, but only after months of fussing around. The Senate would never convict. So go right ahead, Joe. Who’s stopping ya?

The Penn Wharton Budget Model last year calculated that the loan forgiveness based on the Biden administration’s income-driven repayment plan will cost US taxpayers $475 billion over 10 years.

Almost $50 billion more than what the USSC struck down.

Half a trillion? Cool.

Every dollar is unconstitutional. Why is this being allowed? Oh right, we are being ruled by a Junta.

How can Biden alone do this without involving Congress?

This really has to piss off the dems who paid off their student loans, has to be in the millions of people. They may not vote for Trump but they sure as hell won’t turn out for Commie Xiden.

In violation of the USSC decision prohibiting him from paying off student loans and in defiance of the constitution that says congress initiates spending (source: Nancy Pelosi) Biden today paid off additional student loans of 7 billion. This to buy votes. His unlawfulness to date 167 billion.

I wonder if the CNN debate “moderators” will question Biden about this unconstitutional action. Probably not.

How is this anything but buying votes with stolen money? The avg amount of tuition debt canceled per student is ~ $40,000. Quite an incentive for people to vote for Biden. He has already paid off tuition debt for over 2.5 MILLION people of voting age using TAXPAYER MONEY, without any legal authorization. Blatant election rigging on top of allowing millions of illegal potential voters to enter the country. And the silence of Republicans continiues.

Here’s the thing, though; have these borrowers received releases? We all know Biden doesn’t have the power to do this.

$48,000 debt that they still have not paid off. I suspect many of these loans are rather old.

A ton of these “students” who are not students any more and barely were in the first place NEVER GRADUATED; and another ton of them have NEVER PAID A DIME on the loans they got. ZERO. Not even $10 a month, not even once.

What would have been wrong with reducing loan balances and improving terms, why does it have to be a complete wipe of the loan balances?

I will not be surprised if we find that some “students” forgiven a 10k loan balance want to be paid $38k cash to make it “fair” that some “students” got $48k or more “forgiven.”

It is more democrat vote buying from “students;” and no doubt there are also forms of payoffs to lendors, etc. involved in some of these loans being “forgiven.”

This crap never stops.
