Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Wednesday appeared to back allowing Ukraine to use American-provided weapons to strike Russia or Russian-controlled territory.
One reporter asked Johnson about a House Intelligence Committee letter calling on the Biden administration to allow Ukraine to strike Russia with American-supplied weapons.

I’ve seen people on FR go through the process of re-thinking their postions on threads about various things. That’s how I know minds have changed on some issues and about some people. Never seen that happen on a Russia/Ukraine thread.
Re-thinking a position is not the same as changing one’s mind. Giving consideration to another point of view is also not necessarily changing one’s mind.
So, with that thought in mind, how do you know that people on FR and elsewhere have not changed their minds on the issue of Ukraine? Like I said, knowledge is power, and opinions are a form of knowledge.
You’re being obtuse. I have seen people change their minds after re-thinking. I can’t quite wish you luck in your attempts to persuade people to your point of view about the war, but I will wish you well otherwise, and say goodbye to this thread.
Your reply contained nothing but name calling and made no effort at all to refute the historical record. You are a tool of the deep state and your lefty allies. You are hoping for their continued destruction of our country. You should be ashamed of your ignorance and foolishness.
I didn’t realize I needed a sarcasm tag for the first sentence of my post. Of course you didn’t say that—I was pointing out the error of your scenario. I have no problem with Ukraine dropping their own bombs on Russia—the two way street you mention. What I do have a problem with is them using arms the US provided to them, which is what we’re talking about here, right?
