Ask Lindsey Graham. Trump got Roe v Wade overturned. The federal government is no longer involved in abortion. The thing they should and can do is not fund it.

I don't need to ask, because I am well aware of what transpired. That was the Roe V Wade decision that was overturned & returned the abortion issue back to the states, as I already said. Trump's role was finally getting a "conservative" court with his Supreme Court replacements for empty seats. It had nothing to do with birth-control or restrictions of them.

The thing they should and can do is not fund it.
