Child porn is documented evidence of children being molested and raped.
IMHO, anyone who possesses child porn should be charged as an accomplice after the fact to child molestation, even if they had nothing to do with the production of it. Anyone who produces child porn should be charge with child molestation and child rape.
They will all be really popular in prison. It will be good practice for spending eternity in hell.
Firmly believe that it is time to constitutionally (i know its near impossible for good reason) create a new category of guilty verdict where “beyond reasonable doubt” stays the same but a new category such as “beyond any shadow of a doubt” or something along those lines and those convicted of certain crimes in that category no longer have the constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment
If you care caught and it can be proven with certainty you committed certain crimes you could receive a sentence far worse than life in prison or swift execution
