Took down a few huge wind turbines.
Also hit Red Oak, Corning and Kent. Small towns. Hopefully just ag damage.
It does appear to be headed for Des Moines area.

Nice town. Was there about 20 years ago.
County seat for Adair County.
An Internet storm chaser is verifying one fatality so far. Someone was in a truck and the tornado hit it and ejected ‘em from it. Not sure where though.
Tornadoes in the Des Moines area too.

GREENFIELD, Iowa (AP) — Iowa State Patrol confirms deaths from tornado and at least a dozen injuries, but doesn’t release specific numbers.
