Would it mostly affect the Pacific, Atlantic, or Indian Ocean...or all three equally?

All three equally along with all the other interconnected seas according to Pascal's Law (water seeks its own level)

Would the fresh water of the glacier vs the salinity of the oceans affect the direction of its flow? Would the different temperatures of the oceans attract or repel its flow?
