Yes, it is.
The outdoor gun range I use offers 200 and 700 yard for rifles, probably 10 pistol stalls and also offers skeet and trap......thinking about it I don’t think I’ve ever seen a black guy there ever.
No pictures of the perps... Must be silly “teens” again..

Never ceases to amaze me that less than 15% of the population can cause so much chaos and mayhem

Then you realize that it’s the XY ‘variant’ of < 50yrs old == 2-3% of the population.
Yet, we’re all not supposed to notice/acknowledge/talk-about that
Yeah. It’s got to be tough for many who have no desire to be part of the thug culture.
I gave a young black guy 7 Gospel tracts.
Gave him the first 3 on a lark, they were in my back pocket.
He told me he had been thinking about changing his life - I said, ‘Here, read these’ (paraphrased)
Saw him a week or two later, he said his family were passing them around.
So I purposed another 4 tracts (all 7 with different themes) - couldn’t find the guy for 2 months - all of a sudden there he is, right in front of me, stepping out of an elevator.
I had those 4 for him, in my pocket for 2 months (well, not when the jeans were washed)
Can anyone spot the future physics and mathematics geniuses in this crowd?
:-)
I wonder how many of the “graduates” can actually read?
Yes, that is Rush’s high school. I have the class of ‘69 Giradot yearbook, Rush’s graduating class.
At least it was in the right location and ‘showed them’.
I think they are hiding behind the lady in pink....................
I observe that. And I also observe the opposite -- lots of young blacks are defining themselves as Christians first and not wanting anything to do with the worldly version of "being black". They're able to network with other good minded blacks and whites to support each other.
And to SaveFerris' point, one of the things they do is change their music. In my majority black church, in our mens' groups or other groups I'm part of (i.e. financial small group or parenting group), one of the things that's often brought up is meditating on the Lord and not worldly ways so we can keep our heads on straight. Almost without exception, the black men who've been exemplary people for years say that one of the main things that helped them was to quit listening to the hate-filled rap. They make it their mission to listen to Christian rap or other music that's not full of worldly ways. To support their point, if it's a group that I'm officially the leader of that semester (which means I brought my laptop LOL), I reach into my laptop bag for my bluetooth speaker and play some of the decades old Christian rock I've listened to since I became a Christian. LOL
Worldly Rap is one of the most destructive forces in the world today, IMHO.
It programs their brains with a pounding thunder and poisonous lyrics.
Just listening to the lyrics, what little I’ve heard, is bad enough.
And there’s other “music” that fits the description of poisonous lyrics. I was quite surprised to hear it playing inside businesses.
I live not far. There is small but culturally active set of diverse teens in the area.
Which is why I said many.....not all.
Blacks are roughly 13% of the population. Half are females. Take out males under 12 and over 50 and you end up with 2-3% committing 65-70% of all violent crime. Most are just aspiring rap artists trying to get their lives together.
If your leaving black females out of the mix of what the problem is your making a big mistake.
And it took the better part of a day and a half before the mugshots were released, but yes, it was them again, Boo Boo. Father and son.
