Yeah, I’ve been bitten by them. The big ol’ horse flies. But, their bites don’t itch. That’s a plus. LOL!

We had mosquito hawks for a while too. Makes ya wonder if they are also like cicadas and only come out during certain years.

Guess I’d better fly off to bed. I didn’t realize how late it was. I wanted to watch another show, and bummer...I’d better not. See ya tomorrow!

Horse flies really hurt when they bite, but your regular house flies bite too. No horse flies around here anymore since there’s no longer any livestock close by, and I don’t have all that many house flies. What plagues me are gnats. Gazillions of them every year and they get into the house every time I open a door to go in or out. I keep a sticky fly ribbon in the garage and when they start getting inside, I’ll hang one in the house. There are already gnats on the s trip in the garage and I hung it up just a week or so ago. None in the house yet. They drive me nuts.

We always have mosquito hawks but I’ve never seen as many as this year. Not sure what the heck that was about.

Dang, I wasn’t watching the clock either. LOL It IS late and I still have stuff to d before I can hit the sack. I reckon I’d better get started if I want to beat the sunrise.

Catch ya tomorrow.
