Garbage men came today and picked up our trash but refused to take Cohen. They did give us the number for toxic removal.

Were you lying when you said that that Trump knew that you were lying about the fact that Trump was lying that you knew that he knew that you were lying?

The prosecution isn’t the least bit bothered.
They accomplished much of what they set out to do. Ding him financially through legal expenses and crippled his campaign efforts. Even if the election interference is only temporary.

Prosecution, it they are certain they will lose the case, which they may, will probably screw something up on purpose so that there is a mistrial. They will never allow Trump to get an innocent verdict.

Part of the problem is that there are too many criminal lawyers and judges (lawyers and judges that are criminals).

Law schools used to teach professional ethics. Like medical schools used to teach the Hypocratic oath of “Do no harm” or commit no abortions, etc. Ha!

We used celebrate and count on attorney-client privileges but again, Ha!, that does not apply when Citizen X is former President Trump.

Angther glaring offshoot of such teaching was never put a witness on the stand who is a perjurer or whom you suspect is a likely candidate to lie under oath. Nonetheless Bragg trotts out serial and convicted perjurer former attrney for Trump Cohen. What a complete travesty.

And if Trump had or has anything like an Executive Privilege for having been President, don’t worry, Biden ordered Garland to waive or, to otherwise nullify such protections. In other words, all rights and priyileges afforded to American citizens, or even illegal immigrants DO NOT APPLY TO OR PROTECT TRUMP!

It proves Cohen lied. But, what is the significance of the lie as relates to the elements of the alleged crime. Even if it was true that Cohen told Trump he made the hush payment, that was the purpose of an NDA - to make a payment. It is not a crime. This is about how the payment was allegedly falsifying the books to cover up another alleged crime. Little has been introduced into evidence by the prosecution as to the bookkeeping or what specifically the other crime was that he covered up.

My biggest concern after all of this is the jury, being so hell-bent anti-Trump, will still find him guilty, and/or the judge, in his anti-Trump rage, twists and gives instructions to force a guilty verdict anyway.

We know the whole thing is injust in the first place. Why not render the unjust decision already made before the whole fakery started?

The US Attorney should immediately ARREST the Judge and the Prosecutor for Suborning Perjury and Deprivation of Rights under the color of Law.

Jesse Waters said Trump’s arch-nemesis was sitting in the courtroom during the cross-examination. Waters said Conway let out a groan and said, “Oh no!” which may have been seen and heard by the jury. I haven’t head anything further to confirm that.

One YUUUUGGE benefit to this trial was the rally in Jersey.
And the WHOLE world was watching.
Joe and Hunter Biden are getting a serious run for their money as the top hostile donors to Trump’s campaign from Bragg and Merchan.
Six months ago, my money was on Hunter and the laptop with Joe running a close second with Joe being Joe.
Not so sure, now, tho.

There’s still the possibility that the TDS-infected jurors will still vote guilty, because OrangeManBad. A very real possibility.

I’m betting that there will be no direct verdict. They are hoping for a hung jury so that they can start all over again and again and again to keep President Trump in the court room.

I still say the jury doesn't care, they want to convict Trump, no matter what.

I know others are saying the defense got to help choose the jury, but they have limited excusing, right? - same as the prosecution (uh-huh. It's NYC, and a horribly corrupt hand-picked judge!)
