Him and his pals at Landmark Communications will put up Democrats posing as Republicans, like him and so many others in Georgia, that with RCV they’ll tilt an election. Just like they did in Alaska and Maine.
Runoffs hurt Republican candidates in the most recent U.S. Senate races, with Ossoff winning in 2021 and Warnock winning in 2022. In both cases, the voting margin for the Democrat *increased* in the runoff compared to the general election. The reason was that many Republican voters, especially in North Georgia, failed to show up at the runoff elections.
