The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Friday that it had recovered the bodies of Israeli hostages Amit Buskila, Itzhak Gelerenter, and Shani Louk in a special operation overnight in the Gaza Strip.
All three were murdered at the Supernova Music Festival in Re’im, in southern Israel, and their bodies taken to Gaza.
Louk was killed and her body abused on the back of a pickup truck in one of the most infamous scenes of October 7.
Gelerenter, 58, went missing on October 7 and his phone was later found by the IDF in Gaza. Buskila, 28, a fashion designer, had been heard on October 7 on a phone call with her uncle, begging Hamas terrorists not to take her.
There are over 40 hostages, out of roughly 130 still in Gaza, who are known to be dead. At least 60 are thought to be alive.

Mike Johnson sent 6 $Bil to Hamass.
These noncombatants who were at home in Israel were abducted and mistreated and killed simply for being Jewish.
These pictures should be shown to the misguided campus protesters along with the videos, some of them recorded by the gloating terrorists themselves, of the invasion and kidnapping of unarmed Jews in Israel on October 7th.
If the campus tent dwellers say “they’re fakes” or “they deserved it for the colonial occupation genocide against Palestinians” then they are beneath contempt.
Thank you.
I’m in Tel Aviv now. Many Israelis still expect live hostages to be released, and accuse Netanyahu of insufficiently capitulating to ensure that it happens.
You see, it’s Bibi’s fault. To them.
Each of these people should get a statue so that their spirits may live forever in our hearts.
It's sad they never took to heart, the lessons from WWII, where those who thought that cooperating with the Nazis would save their lives.
* "A Jew with a job, is a Jew with a future."
*That was a direct quote from Jacob Gens, the Chief of the Jewish Ghetto Police in the Vilnius Ghetto (now Lithuania) in 1943. He firmly believed that accommodating the Nazis would keep Jews alive. The resistance fighters in Vilnius warned him that the Jews he was rounding up for the "work camps" were going to their deaths. He didn't believe them. Nor did those who willingly went along with being rounded up. They rejected joining the resistance because they didn't want retribution if they fought back. When Gens ended up 200 people short for the quota of Jews demanded by the Nazis, he ordered the 200 new Jewish auxiliary police he'd recently sworn in, to head to the ghetto gate to meet with the person who would take them to the Jews that were hiding. When they got there, they were surrounded by German soldiers, realizing that they were the ones filling the required quota, and would be sent to "work camps" in Estonia.
In September of 1943, the eradication of that Ghetto was announced. On September 13th, Gens was arrested by the Gestapo because he failed to turn in the resistance fighters he knew were in the Ghetto. He was shot the next day.
Several of those Vilnius resistance fighters survived the war, and went to live in Israel.
Netanyahu should tell Biden that they just recovered the bodies of three Israeli hostages, why isn't Joe Biden interested in helping to resolve the status of the American hostages?
Say that the weapons that Biden is holding back are necessary to Israel's mission to recover the hostages and Israel just proved that Hamas is covering up the deaths of hostages while negotiating in bad faith with Biden for a ceasefire.
Israel should demand that the United States release the held weapons now so that they can finish the job that has already provided results for the grieving families.

I’m with you - but we could never get a ‘forever’ passed.
You know that... But if we talk up the 7 year ban we might be able to get some other first world countries to boycott with us.
