Google search is HORRENDOUS these days. Full disclosure, I’ve been using Google since it was NEW. I’m very good at using it to find stuff. Well, I USED to be. Now I throw my best “Include this, not that, in this age range” query at it, and I get stuff not included in my search, and a lot of the time not even RELATED to what I searched for. If this were my software product, I’d be convinced it was broken.

I could have posted the same thing, it went from research heaven to almost useless, so bad that many more serious searches are given up on after trying a lot of different ways to get it to search for the topic you are trying to search for.

AI doesn't help alleviate that at all; like Bing, it very much acts as a nanny for you, keeping you away from things that might be triggering. The only thing it gets right is that the integration is really just another that pops up in-line with the other search results.

You know, for when all the other ads, click-bait, and forced results don't work on you.
