Federal prosecutors on Tuesday requested the judge overseeing ex-Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon's criminal contempt of Congress case to order that he begin his four-month prison sentence, after an appeals court last week upheld his conviction.
Prosecutors said there is no legal basis for Judge Carl Nichols to continue the stay on Bannon serving his sentence after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals' conclusive ruling that rejected the basis for Bannon's appeal on all grounds.
"Consequently, there is no longer a 'substantial question of law that is likely to result in a reversal or an order for a new trial,'" prosecutors wrote in their filing Tuesday.

It really isn’t about his “crime”. This move only is to remove him from assisting in the campaign. He’s way too influential and effective to “leave him be”.

It says the state cannot vote for both from the same state. Everyone else can.
The only issue is that FL is not really a state you want to risk “giving away.”

They rob the tax payers daily...A tiny example; We’re forced to spend billions on border security yet we have upwards of 35 million in this country illegally, and the corrupt in Congress never had any intention of securing the border in the first place.

DeSantis is term limited but still has more than two years as Florida Governor.
Plus DeSantis is too conservative for trump.

After Eric Holder starts serving prison time. He defied Congress first.
Trump better not go soft if he gets in power. He has to have all these pukes jailed. If none of the Democrat operatives who have deatroyed the country go to prison Trump’s second term will be a huge failure.
That's where we have to make it clear we have his back. If we all just sit back and expect miracles from Trump, ain't gonna happen.
