Johstons passing of those recent bills will make it very hard for Trump to make the necessary changes on the Deep State. Especially the FISA law.
If Johnston was not such a Dem team player, I would think much better of him. We need discipline in the ranks...like Tom DeLay used to bring. MTG should be the party whip.
