However, the CIS and the Population Survey analysis subtract the number of foreign born who die, or move out of the USA, in the same time period, so the final number always has a downward adjustment.

Well, the "vaccines" have provided excess deaths. However, I honestly doubt that they have countered the numbers being allowed into our nation in both legal & illegal immigration. i stand by my earlier statement; way understated. 🙂👍

They are prone to lie with impunity, including the CIS. I have to conclude this too is yet another lie.
