If he wins his appeal after he has served his sentence, do the judges go to jail for an equal amount of time?

Peter Navarro is one of the smartest and most honorable men who ever served in government It is so disgusting that he is in prison.

No one wants to go to prison on a bogus charge especially at Navarro’s age, on the bright side, he will be out before the election and likely not on any sort of probation that keeps him for advocating for Trump.

In Bannon’s case he may not be so lucky, you know the Democrats will do everything they can to get him locked up before the election, Bannon is effective, with his War Room Show on twice daily, getting him off the air for a few months while the election is happening will be important.

He received a four-month sentence in January over his refusal to comply with a subpoena from the House

And Hillary Clinton got a pass even after destroying her emails and server after receiving her subpoena.

I guess I’m a little show by why is an elected body allowed to issue subpoenas on private citizens? Shouldn’t only a judge be able to do that?

I’m glad to read of the update.

But the lack of wide spread GOP condemnation as our people rot in jails is infuriating.

This is historic lawlessness and disorder being just about completely ignored by the supposed party of law and order.

I wonder why Eric The Red Holder wasn't put in prison for his repeated contempt's of Congress.

Such BS. All these people who have committed these crimes should be in jail. Navarro needs to be released.

Hunter Biden shines his Daddy Badge and grins.

If the system worked the Biden crime family would be locked up for greater crimes.

Democrat democracy in action.
