I was shocked when I went to Publix and a jar of Miracle Whip was $8.79!!! Disgusted also. Way way over priced.

Maybe like in high end jewelry stores they can not put price signs for anything because wealthy people find such things vulgar.
Joke on a refrigerator magnet I saw:
I can remember when stuff
used to only cost an arm.

I’ve heard that about grocery profit margins being so low.
A couple of large, apparently successful independent markets with lots of customers near me said “We can’t compete unless we had dozens of markets like Kroger types. One or two can’t make enough to stay in business.” They both went under.

Senator Casey (D-PA) has a commercial running blaming corporate “greed” for rising grocery prices and shrinkflation.

So black Trump voters aren’t black enough, and struggling people who are still able to buy groceries aren’t poor enough.

CNN wasn’t kissing Biden’s butt while he lied? Well, that’s news alright.

Making people pay their bills instead of abandoning them only promotes their spending moe, increaning demand that raises prices, and causes more inflation.
We need to have our deliberate increase one's debt with inability to pay a criminal instance of fraud. It is the truly honest and honorable people who suffer the most.
Limiting unsecured loans (credit cards, etc.) to six per cent per year ny making anything above that criminal usury, and the whole problem of economic anarchy will come to a screeching halt.
Putting credit cards in the hands of irresponsible economically ignorant people has been a really stupid waiving of common sense on the part of the creditor.

Corporate greed?
What about government greed? That surpasses any other by many orders of magnitude.

Everyone in Idaho must be a millionaire based on prices of potato chips, even this Canadian was astounded by how high the price had soared. Crackers also way up there.

Grocery stores are now charging you for their shopping bags. Pretty soon, the cost of the three plastic bags alone will be $85, eh? <> (Never mind, just put them also on the credit card.)

Exactly. The left wants to conveniently forget that he had to end a presidential campaign because he caught plagiarizing major parts of it.
Nothing has changed since then, except he’s older, and is much, much, much much more mentally diminished.
