Fayette Janitorial Service LLC, a Tennessee-based sanitation company, is paying approximately $650,000 in civil penalties after a federal investigation revealed it was unlawfully employing child migrants. A third of workers at a Perdue Farms meat-processing plant using Fayette's services were found to be comprised of children.
