I’ve commented before, what we’re seeing here is the difference between country Freepers and city Freepers. In Noem’s mind she killed a dangerous dog. Period. There’s no controversy in ranch world about killing a dog that kills livestock and threatens people. It’s just what you do. But city people think, “Oh, she killed Fluffy!”. But don’t ask me to explain the Kim Jong Un thing. I can’t figure that one out.
That's fine, but why even put this story in the book? Noem just doesn't seem to be very bright, and she has displayed RINO tendencies. I suspect she is a John Thune in-waiting, but beyond that, I suspect that she is the establishment choice to be the VP pick. Trump should be saying "no bueno" at this point.
