Do film actors always use their birth name when signing things? Unknown.
I’m guessing that Woody Allen doesn’t sign his name as Allan Stewart Konigsberg, his birth name, but I have been wrong a lot.

Do film actors always use their birth name when signing things?

I know that Boris Karloff never changed his name and always signed legal documents with his legal name and would add "AKA Boris Karloff."

Dont know about others like John Wayne or Cary Grant.

Autographs of FAMOUS people are worth BIG MONEY.
I doubt Jack Benny's autograph would've been worth much today if he had signed with his REAL name, "Benny Kubelski", when he gave an autograph to a fan!
