The Biden administration welcomed Hamas’s sudden declaration Monday that it accepted a ceasefire in Gaza — though the White House would not say what terms, exactly, Hamas had accepted.
Hamas announced its agreement Monday with unspecified terms proposed by Egyptian and Qatari mediators — just hours after Israel began its attack on Hamas in its last stronghold of Rafah, in Gaza, by warning civilians to leave.
Israel said that Hamas did not appear to have agreed to the terms of its proposal.

Exactly. No Deal. Unless Hamas completely surrenders, lays down their arms and gives up the hostages, there is no deal. They lost and they do not get to dictate terms.

And I bet the deal they want is: 500 criminals released from Israeli jail for every one hostage. Also, Israel has to tear down any Jewish settlement within 50 miles of Gaza border. And Israel has to sell enriched uranium to the government in Rafah. And Israel has to go to pre-1967 borders. If Israel does all that, Hamas promises not to fire rockets at women and children for 48 hours.

This was a “deal” - cooked up by the CIA, in order to make it LOOK like - hey, Hamas agrees to peace but it’s ISRAEL being the bad guys saying no to it!!
