It is easy and cheap to financially starve them out.

Much less so when they can sign up for benefits at the local welfare office and work for cash under the table.

And there's the safety net for illegals. Once they're put into the system they're not only considered citizens until proven not (rarely) they too often vote having been registered under motor-voter laws without vetting.

The recent caravans of illegals are not only enabled the whole way here by Non-Government Organizations (paid for by us so government can deny), they're coached to register wherever and however possible as part of paying back their import.

Most of them end up paying the smugglers for years but that, like the child and sex-slave traffic, remain forbidden to address while the Democrat Party retains power and sources to blackmail their would-be opponents.

Trump's gonna need a whole new branch just to fix stuff.
